Network Exploration

Network Exploration and Production Limited (NEPN) is an indigenous oil and gas company formed in 2001 and awarded Qua Ibo Marginal field in 2003 by the Nigerian Federal Government. NEPN is the sole operator of the Qua Ibo Field.

After acquiring the field, the company signed financing and joint operating agreements for the field development with Oando Qua Ibo Nigeria Ltd. and Oando Reservoir & Production Services Ltd., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Oando Plc.

Between 2006 and 2007, an MOU was signed with the community (Ibeno Clan Council – April 2006), EIA study conducted and approved, field development plan prepared and approved, drilling location for 3 wells and its access road completed and engineering design of facilities and pipelines/flow-lines started.
